More Details

–  1-2 Year lease is preferable but we are open to a 6-month lease for an extra $50/month per office rented.
–  Conference room is available to tenants for 2 hours per week at no extra charge and if needed more than 2 hours, tenants may rent for only $25/hour.
–  Non-tenants may prepay $75/hour and must contact us to reserve the room.
